At Discomania we have a whole variety of lights to suit every theme and mood you want to create for your event.

Lighting is a very important aspect of every party and is often not given the thought that it should be, lighting not only creates the mood of your party but it also makes your photos look amazing. Here at Discomania we have over 17 years experience in providing lighting for events and are always hear for you to chat thru options with no obligation to book us.

Star Cloth - £25 each Star Cloth Stand - £15 each

Our Star Cloth measures 3m x 2m using ultra bright LED technology. Sound activated \ static \ random programmes and hire includes controller and a heavy duty bag to transport the system. The Star Cloth is great to set off your dance floor either by hanging at the back or draping over your DJ stand, you can see a video showing the Star Cloth at:

Revolver Disco Light - £15 each

Revolver Controller - £5

The Revolver Controller enables various different modes for the lights, slow mode, strobe mode, and colour / pattern change mode, these are standard disco lights but they do the job and are bright and colourful

Sky Tec Disco Light - £15 each

Disco light with option to change effect so you can choose from Cob Web Gobo* effect if it’s Halloween or Love Hearts if it’s Valentines simple yet effective and very bright and you can see from the pictures in our gallery below

*A gobo (or GOBO) derived from "Go Between" or GOes Before Optics originally used on film sets between a light source and the set is a physical template slotted inside, or placed in front of, a lighting source, used to control the shape of emitted light.

LED Boogie Disco Light - £15 each

Standard LED Disco Light which throws off Red, Blue and White spots and looks great in any room, whether you are throwing the effect on the dance floor or the walls and ceilings

ACME Knight Spot Moving Head

A stunning, powerful moving yoke with high tech casing. Equipped with silent running stepper motors, micro step processing ensures smooth, fast, quiet and precise pan and tilt movement.

Ideal for lighting up the side of your venue to promote a night this bright light shines up the size of a 3 storey house and rotates and moves from side to side

Band & Mood lighting

Polished Silver LEDJ Par 56 Cans - £15 each (4 with optional T-Bar for £50) Black LEDJ Par Cans - £15 each (4 with optional T-Bar for £50)

These Par Can’s are perfect for lighting your entertainment for the evening such as the band or comedian, or you can also use them to create mood lighting in your venue, as the lights have a choice of colours to choose from.

LEDJ has taken the LED Par can to a new level of brightness and professionalism with the introduction of its new LED Par cans - which includes the LED-64 and the LED-56. All models feature high output 10mm LED's for extra light output washes of colour that serve as stunning backgrounds for performances of all sorts and sizes. The units operate in several modes, including DMX, stand alone and master/slave. Internal programs guarantee a stunning show when several units are linked together by 3 pin XLR cables. In addition to smooth RBG colour mixing all models benefit from the many advantages offered by LED lighting. The fixtures emit almost no heat on stage, making them ideal for live productions where performers need to stay as cool as possible.

An extremely versatile podium structure that offers a portable and high-visual-impact solution for any number of applications from corporate A/V presentations, live musician and DJ performances, or recording projects to trade shows and exhibitions where it makes an eye-catching information/reception booth.

Lite Console modules comprise just four primary pieces of high-grade easy-to-connect aluminum sections. Standard modules are designed to house a 50” PLASMA screen, although this open space could also be utilized to feature a back-lit corporate logo, LED panels, star cloth, or any other form of corporate messaging.
